Real Estate and Construction education are not immune to the tremendous changes occurring in higher education as a whole. However, because university real estate and construction management programs, business, and professional associations are more interconnected and flexible than many other disciplines of study, they stand to profit the most from these developments. One might claim that real estate study and education were never more essential.

 Therefore, immobilization was always the cornerstone of the economy and indeed of society as a whole. The property serves as the foundation on which we build, and provides the structure around which as people as well as countries we may flourish. However, with the advancement of the era, it is now possible to gather education in this field from various parts of the world sitting In front of a screen.
