To gain your personal course certificate, you have to complete an online course and a short quiz. All of our course quizzes are multiple-choice. Don’t worry – you can reattempt the quiz up to 10 times. Also, there is no time limit for completing the course or the quiz. You will receive your certificate as a digital file (PDF).

You can pay the fees by purchasing the program on our portal, or you can reach out to our help desk for an online payment link If required, our counselor will support you with this process. For Self paced programs, one needs to pay through our website.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), major debit cards, PayPal, Razor pay, and Stripe for your payment. If you use the credit card of a third party (e.g. family member or close friend), please make sure that this person approves your payment.

Confirm you received a Welcome email for the course purchase

When you complete a paid course, you will receive a certificate of completion, which you can share with your friends, relatives, co-workers, and potential employers!  This article explains how you can download your certificate of completion.

1. After you finish your course 100%, You will have to click on the main course page

   I finished my course, but I still can’t access my certificate of completion. Why?

   To receive your certificate of completion, each curriculum item must be marked as complete. Double-check the course curriculum in the course player to make sure each lecture and course item has a checkmark beside it and is marked as complete.

   I’ve completed my course, but I can’t see a certificate when I click on it. Why?

   Occasionally, the system may need a few moments to generate a certificate of completion, after a course has been completed. Wait a couple of minutes and then try clicking on the trophy again. You may also need to refresh the page, or clear your cache and cookies, to see your certificate.

   Can I change the formatting of my certificate of completion? Or add an image?

   
   

   Unfortunately, certificates are created using a template, and there is no way to change the formatting for them at this time. 

    

We provide softcopies of a certificate in mail-in pdf format. We can send you the hard copies of the certificate for an additional shipping fee. We also provide a hard copy of the certificate for higher education during convocation events.
