• Fees / No Right of Withdrawal

Registration and application for and paid services communicated by Institute of Real Estate and Finance any time prior to registration of site. Payment of the fee is done by the accepted mode of payment. The conditions and prices published on the Registration Site at the time of registration shall apply. Prices may vary based on the Candidate’s country of residence and the type of programme. Upon our confirmation of payment receipt and granting of the right to access the application, the candidate will have no right of withdrawal and no right of refund of the fee. No refund will be made by the Institute of Real Estate and Finance or their representative in any case accent in case of fraud or cheating on the Institute of Real Estate and Finance.

Text (in particular exam questions), images, videos, software, services, and other information contained in the application are the property of Institute of Real Estate and Finance and are protected by copyright laws. The candidate may only use the contents in connection with the candidate’s right to access the application, only to the extent and as long as necessary for that purpose, and subject always to the Candidate’s full compliance with the terms and conditions (Permitted Use’s). In no event may the Candidate, (i) use the contents for any other purposes than the permitted use, (ii) continue to use the contents after expiry or termination of the right to access the application, or (iii) copy, amend, present, license, publish, upload or send the contents or make the contents perceptible in any way without the prior written consent of Institute of Real Estate and Finance.

The Candidate further acknowledges and accepts that Institute of Real Estate and Finance and Institute of Real Estate and Finance partners do not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use, or the results of the use of the platform, or the Contents in terms of completeness, accuracy, consistency, reliability, correctness, or otherwise. IREF  does not claim to be an absolute indicator of a candidate’s knowledge or personality. Institute of Real Estate and Finance will try its best to find suitable placement for candidates but does not guarantee job or placement to candidates who are accessing Institute of Real Estate and Finance.

• Limitations on Liability

In any case, the liability of the Institute of Real Estate and Finance and Institute of Real Estate and Finance  Partners shall be limited to gross negligence and intent. Liability, irrespective of legal grounds, for consecutive damages or indirect damages, loss of profit, or unrealized anticipated savings shall be excluded.

Institute of Real Estate and Finance is not responsible for the contents of these websites or applications and is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the Candidate’s use thereof.

• Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed exclusively by the laws prevailing at the place of registration of the Institute of Real Estate and Finance. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, including disputes on the conclusion, binding effect, amendment, and termination, shall be resolved exclusively by the competent where Institute of Real Estate and Finance registered office is located.

 

• Other Provisions

Institute of Real Estate and Finance expressly reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time.
